Download the desired update file and "unzip" to a new folder. Run setup.exe from this new folder to perform the desired update. When the setup program asks for the update installation location, specify the directory where the particular application is already installed on your hard drive. When the update is complete, run the application software and make sure the splash screen displays the correct version number. A solid state memory stick/drive can be conveniently used to transport the update zip file to the application computer.

Update Software: Updates assume that your installed version is no older than two version releases from the update version. If your current version is older than the update version minus 2, the Full Install may be required. If the full version is not offered here, contact Analysis Tech for more information.
Full Installs: If a previous version has been installed, this must be uninstalled before installing the new full version. Phase 10 and Phase 11: Be sure to download the correct file for your system. The Phase 10 download will not work on Phase 11 systems, and vice versa.
